Work from anywhere? Cool. But do you actually take a break?

Remote work sounds dreamy - until your brain melts from 6 hours of Zoom and zero sun. SUP boarding at 2PM isn’t luxury. It’s a reminder: this setup only works if you use the freedom. Work near a beach? Great. But when’s the last time you touched the damn water?

Working remotely near the beach sounds perfect.
Sun.
Freedom.
No commute.
Slack pings with a view.

But here’s what most people actually do:
Stay inside.
Stare at screens.
Eat at their desk.
Burn out slowly.

Remote work is only a perk if you use it.

That 2PM paddleboard session?
It’s not just a “nice break.”
It’s a reset.
It’s where your brain cools down.
And real thinking starts.

You don’t need to move fast all day.
You need to move well.

The view doesn’t help if you never step outside.
The beach won’t save you if you don’t touch the water.

This life gives you freedom.
But only if you take it.

So take the walk.
Catch the wave.
Get outside.

The work will be there when you get back.
So will your brain.
