Kristian Papadakis in the park squirrel hunting

I'm Kristian Papadakis. I turn chaos into code and ideas into traction.

I don't just write code - I help ambitious, non-technical founders make something real. From scratch. Under pressure. With no time, no team, and no room to get it wrong. I recently left the London tech rat race, packed my bag, and went full digital nomad. Now I'm based in a small seaside town called Siteia in eastern Crete - building in the sun, far from the noise.

From here I run a small investment company where I back ambitious founders with what matters more than money: software. The first version. The go-to-market. The prove-you're-not-crazy product that gets you paid and sets you up for the next raise. We don't throw capital at problems - we solve them, hands-on.

Most days, I'm deep in the work - sketching product, writing code, fixing dumb mistakes, helping founders stay sane. I don't outsource. I don't delegate the hard parts. I build like a co-founder would. Fast, lean, relentlessly focused on traction.

I also invented the Progressive Event App™ - a browser-based, lightning-fast, no-bullshit piece of tech powering professional business events across Europe. Clean UX. Ruthless reliability. One job, done properly.

This site is where the stuff that doesn't fit in a LinkedIn post ends up. Notes from the field. Lessons from the pressure cooker. Nearly 11,000 people follow along. No fluff. No theory. Just sharp, lived insight - straight from the trenches.
